  • Pet Policy

    As Waterfall Villas, we take a pet-friendly approach and we would like to state that only small breed pets are accepted. The following rules apply in our policy regarding pet accommodation:


    The Use of Furniture: Pets are not allowed to go out on furniture such as beds, sofas. It is recommended to bring beds or mattresses that will provide comfort for pets during the stay.


    Liability for Damages: Guests are responsible for all damages that pets may cause to the villa or the items found in the villa, and the costs that may occur in such cases will be covered by the guest.


    Hygiene and Cleaning: It is expected that pets will be cared for in accordance with hygiene standards. 


    Other Guests and Surroundings: Pets should not harm the environment or other guests. It is requested to prevent loud barking or similar disturbing behavior.


    Special Areas: Care should be taken that pets do not affect the comfort of other guests in common areas such as gardens and pools. Please make sure that pets enter these areas only under supervision.

  • Business Rules

    As Waterfall Villas, we aim to offer a peaceful, safe and comfortable accommodation to all our guests. In this direction, we want to ensure the satisfaction of our valued guests by determining our business rules:




    1. Booking and Cancellation Conditions: All booking and cancellation procedures are subject to certain conditions. Please review your reservation and cancellation conditions carefully at the time of booking. Refunds can be paid under certain conditions for early cancellation transactions.




    2. Check-in and Check-out Hours: Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Requests for early entry and late exit to the room are evaluated according to the availability Oct and may be subject to an additional fee.




    3. Smoking Use: Smoking is prohibited in our villas. There are designated areas for our guests who want to smoke.




    4. Pet Policy: Small breed pets are accepted in our villas. We would like to point out that our guests are responsible for the non-appearance of pets on furniture, hygiene and damage situations. You can check out our pet policy for detailed information.




    5. Noise and Environmental Regulation: Noise should be avoided in order to ensure the peace of mind of all guests staying in our villas. 



    6. Reception of Visitors: Accommodation is provided in our villas according to the number of people specified at the time of booking. The admission of additional guests or visitors to the accommodation areas must be notified in advance.Oct.



    7. Item Safety and Damage: The security of the guests' personal belongings is their own responsibility. The costs of any damage that may occur in the villas belong to the guest. A fee may be charged for items that are missing or damaged during check-out.



    8. Cleanliness and Order: Our villas are cleaned before entrance and we ask our guests to pay attention to order and hygiene issues during their stay.
