Waterfall Villas consists of three separate villas located in the peaceful Kiziltas district of Kalkan, which attract attention with their unique architecture and distinctive designs. Each of these villas, designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable holiday experience, promises an unforgettable stay to its guests with spacious swimming pools, private gardens and panoramic sea views. Villa Waterfall 1, one of our villas, stands out with an original waterfall detail pouring down from the roof. This villa has five en suite bedrooms and a private swimming pool on the rooftop. Villa Waterfall 2, on the other hand, is ideal for large groups and families with its modern open-plan interior and spacious pool terrace. Both villas are suitable for large groups thanks to their close proximity to each other. Finally, Villa Waterfall 3 is designed as independent apartments with a total of eight bedrooms. Two independent apartments on the ground floor and spacious living areas on the upper floors allow comfortable accommodation for crowded families and groups of friends. Booking cancellation

Reservation Cancellation Conditions

To the date of entry for 90 days and longer for cancellations made before, the booking fee will be refunded in full.

To the date of entry Dec. 90 to 30 days for cancellations paid before, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded.

To the date of entry 30 days and less in case of cancellations made before, the entire prepayment (100%) is paid and no refund is made.

Сancellation policy

Check-in and Check-Out Hours: The check-in time is 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. Your early entry and late exit requests will be evaluated according to availability.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villas are subjected to a detailed cleaning before entry. Cleaning services are provided during weekly stays, and additional cleaning requests are subject to an extra fee. Oct.

Deposit: A deposit of EUR 200 is taken for security purposes during the stay for the villa. During the check-out process, the deposit will be refunded if there is no damage.

Pet Policy: In our villas, small breed pets are accepted. Pets should not be removed to beds and furniture. Our guests are responsible for any damage that may occur due to pets.

Pool and Garden Use: Each villa has a private swimming pool and a spacious garden. The pool and garden area are exclusively for the use of the accommodating guests.

Car park: There is a free parking area for our guests staying in our villas.
